As part of the World Kidney Day celebration, the Department of Nephrology organised a poster competition along with a special program at the Second Floor Auditorium. The event aimed to promote awareness about kidney health, early detection, and preventive care among the public and the healthcare community. The program was graced by the Honourable MLA, Sri. M. Noushad, as the Chief Guest. Honourable Chairman Sri. A. A. Salam and Secretary Sri. Abdul Salam was also present on the occasion, adding significance to the event. The session emphasised the importance of timely screening, proper hydration, and lifestyle modifications in preventing kidney-related diseases, reinforcing the hospital’s commitment to community health and awareness.
