I had recently visited the Urology department and the overall experience was soothing. The entire flow seemed hassle-free. Mention the ambience and cleanliness, which are essential in a hospital. An appreciation towards the convincing service provided by Dr Baby Mathew and the concerned OP staff. The staff coordination seemed effective as I didn’t have to keep asking for further steps and the investigations at the lab and radiology departments seemed satisfactory as well. May the same be maintained.

I am Jossy. My aunt, Suni Joseph was hospitalized due to a left cerebellar infarct and brain stem compression. She was in critical condition. Dr Akhil Sunil (Neurosurgeon, Medicity Hospital) and his colleagues gave us the very best treatment and support for us. We remember in our prayers because presently that much my aunty is better in her health. All the staff in the hospital provide better service. I am a patient in Medicity for the past 4 years. I was under the consultation of Dr. Deepu who is very friendly with me and this time I came for a surgery under Dr. Affin. This hospital is one of the best hospitals in Kollam. I had a surgery in my leg few days before and I didn’t feel anything bad from this hospital, to be honest the way the doctors and staffs made me feel was so good. Dr. Arun Kumar made me feel so comfortable before and after surgery. After surgery, Dr. Bismi, Dr. Bidhu used to come to me and gave me proper care. The PRO Vaishnavi mam was so kind and she was ready to clear all small mistakes happened from the staffs. To be very honest, I felt really comfortable from the way Dr. Bismi and the PRO Vaishnavi mam treated me. Friendly behavior from Dr. Bismi made me feel super cool just like my home. In future, if anything happens, I will suggest this hospital to my friends and family members.
