  • Normally, we would like to collect the bill payment in the form of cash, or card payment as well and you can do it through Scanner.
  • Patients’ relatives can meet their patients from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm. The number of visitors should be minimal.
  • No appointment is necessary in the hospital for lab tests; however, tests must be ordered by your consultant. You can simply walk into the hospital. Our lab service is 24/7 available.
  • Absolutely yes! Travancore Medicity Hospital is more like a home equipped with the best healthcare facilities. You can start your treatment process without any prior reference. However, sharing the medical history with the physician is a good idea. It is the best way to help your treatment process.
  • Valuable items such as jewellery or large amounts of cash. We regret that we cannot be responsible for these items.
  • Parking slot facility is available for all inpatients and is not payable.
  • The card should be shown to the security guard at the security point.
  • Bystanders should strictly park the car at the allotted slots only.
  • The card should given back to the security guard at the time of discharge.
  • Parking slots are not transferable to the bystanders of other patients during the hospital stay or after the patient’s discharge.
