Department of Neurology at Travancore Medicity addresses various disorders pertaining to the entire nervous system including the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves and extra- cranial cerebrovascular system. The department offers comprehensive consultative services, diagnostic testing, and treatment for a broad spectrum of neurological conditions. Neurosurgery involves Microsurgery and Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Surgery.
The department has full-fledged dedicated services with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technology handled by a team of well-qualified and experienced faculty professionals, Neurosurgeons, Neuropsychologists, dedicated Physiotherapists and nursing staffs. The Neurosurgical unit is equipped to carry out all neurosurgeries including Complex and Advanced Procedures/Spinal Surgeries and Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Surgery.
