The Surgical Oncology department along with various surgical specialities delivers surgical care to individuals with solid tumors, often in conjunction with adjuvant treatments. It encompasses significant surgical interventions for cancers affecting the breast, head and neck, gastro-oesophageal region, hepatobiliary system, pancreas, colorectal area, genitourinary system, gynaecological area, endocrine organs, and musculoskeletal structures.

  • Breast- mammogram and clinical examination
  • Oral cavity- clinical examination
  • Cervical cancer- clinical examination and Pap smear
  • Colonoscopic screening, prostate and lung cancer screening.

Head and Neck Oncology

  • Management of oral cavity, salivary gland, thyroid, and parathyroid malignancies
  • Radical and modified neck dissections
  • Laryngectomy procedures
  • Functional and aesthetic reconstructions

Breast Oncology

  • Oncoplastic breast surgeries(Breast conservation) / modified radical mastectomy
