Dr. Sreelakshmi is a dedicated Dermatologist with a strong academic background and extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of skin, hair, and nail disorders. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered dermatological care while utilizing the latest advances in medical and cosmetic dermatology.

With over two years of experience in a medical college setting, Dr. Sreelakshmi has managed a diverse spectrum of dermatological conditions, including complex and challenging clinical cases. Her expertise spans both medical and procedural dermatology, enabling her to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Currently serving as a Senior Resident in the Department of Dermatology at Travancore Medical College, Dr. Sreelakshmi is recognized for her proficiency in electrosurgical procedures, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, laser treatments, and a variety of aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology procedures. She combines clinical precision with a personalized approach to help patients achieve healthy skin and improved confidence.

Prior to joining Travancore Medical College, Dr. Sreelakshmi served at GMERS Medical College, attached to the Civil Hospital, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where she gained valuable experience in managing a broad range of dermatological conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
