Meet Dr. Jiju George

An experienced and dynamic orthopedic surgeon working at Travancore medical college since its inception in 2008. Dedicated to patient wellbeing with a patient -first approach and strives to help patients return to their daily activities with confidence. A compassionate and empathetic surgeon who listens carefully to patient problems and provides expert advice to correct the condition .

Biography

Dr. Jiju George, before joining Travancore medical college, worked as a consultant at St. Stephen’s Hospital, New Delhi. He completed his DNB and MNAMS in Orthopedics from the same institution in 2005.He honed his skills in joint replacement and minimally invasive procedures, including arthroscopy, in New Delhi. He was part of the best orthopedic trauma surgery team at St. Stephen’s hospital in 2007. His team managed difficult and complex trauma surgeries and also imparted medical training in orthopaedics. His focus on improving function has produced excellent results and high patient satisfaction . He joined Travancore Medical College in 2008 and played a key role in establishing the orthopaedics department. Known for his dedication to patient care and academic performance, he has been working here since then.
